My Story
My journey into the spiritual world began long before the internet or the abundance of resources we have today. I was navigating my psychic gifts largely on my own — learning through intuition, trial and error, and deeply personal experiences.
But the truth is, in the beginning, I was absolutely terrified of my abilities.
I didn’t understand what was happening to me. I regularly became unwell because I was unknowingly absorbing the energy of others. I suffered so badly with anxiety and panic attacks that I became agoraphobic. I felt overwhelmed, confused, and incredibly isolated.
I used to describe myself as “either happy and on the ceiling, high with life, or flat on the floor, with no in-between.” It wasn’t until much later that I realised this was the impact of being an empath — constantly absorbing other people’s energy without any understanding or protection.
Everything changed when I started to truly develop my gifts. My first major experience saved our lives and others in a terrible car crash. I suffered with severe anxiety and panic attacks to the point i was acrophobic As I deepened my spiritual understanding and learned how to protect, ground, and manage my energy, the anxiety began to lift. The panic attacks stopped. My health improved, and I began to feel like me again — only more empowered, aligned, and connected than I had ever felt before.
For over 30 years now, I’ve been developing my psychic abilities, helping thousands of people through readings, mediumship, healing, and spiritual guidance. From entrepreneurs and politicians to musicians with No. 1 hits, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with incredible souls from all walks of life.
But the real turning point in my journey came when I understood the critical importance of energy protection — not just as a skill, but as a foundation for living as a sensitive, intuitive person in this world.
Now, I’m passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned to help others avoid the suffering I went through. Whether it’s through my psychic development circles, my art that channels divine energy, or the courses I create to empower others — my mission is to help sensitive souls step into their power, protect their energy, and embrace their unique gifts.
Today, my journey continues as I manifest sacred spaces for creativity, meditation, and growth, all while fostering a rapidly growing community of like-minded individuals. This path has been one of deep self-discovery, healing, and purpose — and I’m honoured to walk it alongside you.
