The shipping costs for the website are listed below. No matter how many items, the prices below are a flat fee.

European Shipping Prices
We ship internationally to the following countries for a flat rate of £19.99 no matter the size or cost. If you would like us to ship to a country not on the list, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a quote for shipping to your relevant country.

All items are made to order, meaning we do not hold stock. If you have ordered more than 1 item then these could arrive at separately.
Shipping of Original Artwork
Shipping will be individually costed and is dependant on size and value of each item. Costs will be discussed with the client prior to shipping.
I am also able to offer collection from my premises in Camberley for my original artwork so please contact me directly
All artworks for sale on this site are my own work or are printed in Great Britain from my own original artworks.
If you receive your package and it is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours to be considered for a refund or exchange.
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If cancelling your order which is not damaged, defective or if you have ordered in error, you must inform us by contacting us at within 14 days of receiving your order - we will then advise you to of the return address for you to return your order to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you have followed the above procedure, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If your order is damaged or defective please contact us email@example.com.
If you haven't received a refund yet:
check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returning your item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund can only be authorised on our receipt of the original item.
We ask that you insert a covering letter including your order number with the item you are shipping back to us. It will speed up the process of us finding out why you're returning and will allow us to process any refunds quicker than normal.
Wendy McCallum Art are not liable for your parcel not being returned to us if not tracked.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please email us at if you wish to return a gift you have received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
