My journey into the spiritual world began long before the internet or the abundance of resources we have today. I used to describe myself as “either happy and on the ceiling, high with life, or flat on the floor, with no in-between.” It wasn’t until later that I realized this was because I was unknowingly absorbing the energy of others around me.
